We Pick It Up

We arrange courier pickup through our shipping partner. Return and exchange shipping is paid by the customer — the exact fee depends on your city or governorate and is set by the courier (it's higher than the original delivery fee). We'll confirm the amount with you before pickup.

Refund or Exchange

Refunds process in 3–5 business days. Exchanges ship the same day.
