Who we are

Products & pricing
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- We work in small drops — sizes and colors are limited. Some pieces may be restocked, others may not. We do our best to update availability in real time on the product page.
- Product photos are made carefully to represent each piece honestly. Slight variation in color or texture between screen and item is normal.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when our courier contacts you to schedule delivery.
- We may cancel and refund any order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or flagged for fraud.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Instapay, and card payments through Paymob (when live). Payment is processed at delivery for COD or at checkout for digital methods.
Shipping
Shipping fees, delivery times, and free-shipping thresholds are listed on our Shipping page (/pages/shipping). We ship across Egypt.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Full conditions and process: /pages/refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer — the courier sets the fee based on your location, and we'll confirm the amount with you before pickup.
Customer responsibility
- Provide an accurate address and phone number — orders that fail delivery due to wrong info may incur re-delivery fees.
- Be available when the courier calls. After two missed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Intellectual property
All photos, text, designs, and the AURRA name are the property of AURRA. Don't copy or repost commercially without permission.
Liability
AURRA is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are handled by Egyptian courts.
